Health Teach-in Week

Being healthy is an imperative part of life, and some even consider it a way of life. Based on that concept, SABIS Student Life Organization® organized Health Teach-in Week from February 1st to February 5th, 2016 to help students better understand the importance of good health and how to uphold it in their daily lives. All grades were involved in the event, even the Kindergarteners had their share of the activities. The events that took place concentrated on various aspects of being healthy, some of which included healthy eating, adolescent development, substance abuse, road safety, fire safety, dance therapy, non-violent communication, and social media awareness. We believe that being healthy is not limited to one’s physique, but extends to one’s social awareness and physiology.
